Diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol are all associated with the number 1 cause of death, which is heart disease. These ailments for the most part are metabolic issues, which may be modified with environmental changes such as:

  • Maintaining a strict non-gluten diet

  • Consuming less red meat, pork and processed foods

  • Eating more electric organic seeded fruits and vegetables

  • Exercising at least 1 hour, 3-5 times a week, which can be achieved by walking

  • Consume less fried foods

  • Utilizing unrefined oils such as grapeseed, avocado and coconut for cooking

  • Avoid condiments as it may contain process components

  • Try to eat more at home as you know what exactly is being put in your food
